The multifactor anti-phishing capability available on this site is for demonstration purposes only. It deliberately uses manual steps to show where human involvement may be desired by the client and exposes some test data to help explain the overall process.

To use the demonstration correctly, you will need an Android device running version 6 through 13 and the ability to transfer and install the software on your phone. This will require enabling the installation of applications from external sources on the device.

By contacting your representative before running the demonstration, you will receive additional instructions for accessing it, along with a guide for setting it up and running it on your own.

Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., Guatemala City time, the demonstration may be unavailable due to updates or developer testing.

As of April 29, 2024, you must use version V10 of the mobile application to access the latest features. Contact your representative to download V10 and obtain the reinstallation instructions.
